Products
Two products, each for one kind of work
We would rather build a reservation book that understands service and a finance desk that understands documents than one system that half-understands both.

Restaurant reservations and table management
DoraDine
DoraDine is the reservation book and the floor, in one place. Bookings arrive, tables fill, shifts change hands - and the host stand and the office are looking at the same evening.
- Reservations. Take, change and cancel bookings with the details that matter on the night: party size, occasion, allergies, the note the guest left last time.
- Floor plan. Lay out your rooms once. Areas, tables, capacities and combinations become the rules the booking flow follows.
- Availability. Opening hours, closed days and one-off exceptions are settings your manager edits, not code somebody has to redeploy.
- Service on a phone. Arrivals, seating and table changes work at a phone's width, so the person on the floor is using the same reservations as the desk rather than asking someone at it.

- Service on a phone
- Arrivals, seating and table changes work at a phone's width, so the person on the floor is using the same reservations as the desk rather than asking someone at it.
- Guest details
- Contact details and the history of a booking, kept to what a reservation needs and no more.
- The day on paper
- A printed day sheet for the service, for the pass or the host stand - because a screen is not always where the work happens.
