Software built around how your business actually works.
We build one product for reservations and venue operations, and one for invoices, suppliers and payments. Each runs as its own application, for one business, with its own data.

Restaurant reservations and table management
DoraDine
DoraDine is the reservation book and the floor, in one place. Bookings arrive, tables fill, shifts change hands - and the host stand and the office are looking at the same evening.
- Reservations. Take, change and cancel bookings with the details that matter on the night: party size, occasion, allergies, the note the guest left last time.
- Floor plan. Lay out your rooms once. Areas, tables, capacities and combinations become the rules the booking flow follows.
- Availability. Opening hours, closed days and one-off exceptions are settings your manager edits, not code somebody has to redeploy.
- Service on a phone. Arrivals, seating and table changes work at a phone's width, so the person on the floor is using the same reservations as the desk rather than asking someone at it.
Everything that arrived
The DORA incoming invoices list: each invoice with its number, supplier, invoice and due dates, net, VAT and gross amounts, its status and how many documents are filed with it.
Invoices, suppliers and payments
DORA
DORA is where every invoice arrives, gets checked, approved and paid. The documents stay with the figures, so the month closes from what is already filed rather than from somebody's inbox.
- Incoming invoices. Every document in one queue, from first arrival to paid, with its status visible to whoever asks.
- Approval workflow. Who checked it, who released it and when. Approval is recorded as it happens instead of reconstructed afterwards.
- Suppliers. Terms, contacts and the full document history for each supplier you buy from.
- Payments. Every payment against an invoice or a payroll run, with its method, its amount and whether it has actually left the account.
Why DianeDigital
Specialised software, not another system to configure
General tools ask you to describe your business in their language. We would rather learn yours and build the product around it.
One product, one kind of work
A reservation book and a purchase ledger are different jobs. We build them as different products rather than one system with two half-finished halves, so each one can be shaped by the people who actually do that work.
Your data stays yours
Every customer runs their own application with its own database and its own credentials. Nothing is shared between businesses, and our own platform is not in the path of your daily work.
Built with the businesses using it
Features come from watching real shifts and real month-ends rather than from a list of competitor features. When something breaks on a Friday night, the people who wrote it are the people who answer.
Independent of us
Your application serves guests and processes invoices whether or not our platform is up. That is how it is built, not something we promise to be careful about.
How it works
From first look to working software
No procurement project and no six-week implementation. The steps below are the whole of it.
- 01
Explore a product
See what DoraDine or DORA actually does, in its own screens rather than in a feature list.
- 02
Talk to us
Tell us how the work is done today. If the product does not fit, we would rather say so now.
- 03
Add your business
One account, one business, and the people you choose to work alongside.
- 04
We set up your workspace
Your own application, your own database, your own address - running and checked before you sign in.
- 05
Start working
Your team uses the product. We stay available for the questions that follow.
The team
Built by the people who answer you
DianeDigital is built by a small team that works directly with the businesses using our products. The person who answers your question is usually the person who wrote the thing you are asking about.
Find the right product for your business
Start with the product that matches the work you are trying to fix — or tell us about the work and we will point you at the right one.
